STORE & DELIVERY MANAGER

1) Leadership & Team Development - Inspire, mentor and manage high performing team of employees. - Drive engagement through regular coaching, performance feedback and growth opportunity -Perform Training Needs Analysis for job scope / task of employees - idenfity and propose relevant training for HR team to carry out training program and evaluate. 2) Operational Excellence -Oversee daily operations in delivery, dispatch, storage of goods (Raw Mat, WIP and FG) -Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels that is best for the situation. -Handle all logistics informations such as storage location, stock inventory, delivery order, invoicing, and custom related document. 3) Financial Accountability - Manage budgets, expenses and payroll to ensure profitability - Prepare and present regular report on operational efficiency and cost saving or LEAN approach that could help the organization not as individual division but whole organization.
