Production Technician

- To perform daily Minor Maintenance for the Automation Robotic Line according to Automation maintenance SOP and ensure they are working correctly and accurately. - To ensure the automation line facility are in Safe Operation accordingly to Safety Operating Procedure before start up the process. - To make necessary arrangement for Production Plan - To ensure readiness of Raw Materials, Packing Materials to meet zero waiting time. - To ensure the Tooling Set-Up according to Production Plan and follow the tool Set Up SOP - To ensure the Automaton Line Set up is accordingly to Set up SOP - To ensure the Production is run based on the SOP. - To ensure the Production Output and Reject are accurately recorded - To conduct quality checks to ensure processes are correctly and accurately - To follow the rule and policy during Tool Changeover - To follow the rule and policy during Shift Changeover - To Perform 3S and Line Clearance during end of production or tool changeover with following the Line Clearance SOP. To ensure the escalation path during abnormal production situation: a) Automation Robotic Machine down b) Tooling Down Due to quality issue c) Part Rejection [On-Hold by IPQC] - To ensure the discipline of the packers - To ensure the 3S of the Work Place - To ensure the efficient arrangement of Production - Production Attainment, Actual to meet Plan Output - Zero Downtime
