DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. 2. Develop and design new manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet production requirements and quality standards. 3. Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and lower costs. 4. Evaluate and implement new technologies/equipment to enhance process capabilities. 5. Oversee the installation and commissioning of new systems and ensure they operate effectively. 6. Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for improvement. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption 8. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards. 9. Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and changes. 10. Prepare and present reports on process performance, improvements, and project status to management. 11. Manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation. 12. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. 13. Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, technologies, and best practices. 14. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines. 15. Ensure all processes comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations. 16. Develop and enforce safety procedures to minimize risks associated with manufacturing processes. REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field, OR a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering or a similar role will be considered -Proven experience in process engineering or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. -Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and technology implementation. -Familiarity with quality control methods, safety regulations, and industry standards. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. -Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and engineering software (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD). -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
