- Managing a retail store, motivating and developing a retail team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. - Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. - Managing stock levels as per standard sets. - Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits. - Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring what local competitors are doing. - Handle complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation. - Oversee in-store promotional events or displays. - Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
