Store Manager

About the role

As the Store Manager at Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our retail store located in Pusing Perak. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description:

• To oversee the overall operations of the warehouse and production in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
• To review and formulate standard operating procedures and company's control system, so as to minimize operating costs, to ensure efficient inventory movement and security system of the store, including ISO and industrial standards.
• To train and to motivate staff so as to increase the level of staff performance for future manpower need and new store set-up/expansion.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock, etc).
• Receiving feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure smooth running of daily tasks.
• Perform any other related duties which are assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Able to speak Mandarin
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Experienced in warehousing complying to ISO and industrial standards.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Proficient computer skills, leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
