- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely report submission.
- Maintain and update the payroll database.
- Calculate attendance, leaves, allowances, and claims for payroll.
- Prepare salary reports and analyze payroll issues.
- Assist in preparing EA forms and other government compliance documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely statutory payments (LHDN, PERKESO, KWSP, HDRF).
- Liaise with government bodies for legal and administrative requirements.
- Prepare and update HR documents, including employment contracts.
- Support hiring processes, including job postings, offer letters, and induction training.
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and HR functions.
- Proficient in payroll systems and HR databases.
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements (LHDN, PERKESO, KWSP, HDRF).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
- Must be able to work in Shah Alam.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
