  • Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely report submission.
  • Maintain and update the payroll database.
  • Calculate attendance, leaves, allowances, and claims for payroll.
  • Prepare salary reports and analyze payroll issues.
  • Assist in preparing EA forms and other government compliance documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely statutory payments (LHDN, PERKESO, KWSP, HDRF).
  • Liaise with government bodies for legal and administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and update HR documents, including employment contracts.
  • Support hiring processes, including job postings, offer letters, and induction training.
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and HR functions.
  • Proficient in payroll systems and HR databases.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory requirements (LHDN, PERKESO, KWSP, HDRF).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
  • Must be able to work in Shah Alam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
