Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and supporting the Account Manager in preparing reports to maintain the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Financial Transactions:
i) Record and accurately process invoice, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
ii) Reconcile bank statements.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
i) Ensure timely payment of invoice to suppliers and manage accounts receivable.
ii) Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding outstanding payments.
- Compliance & Documentation:
i) Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
ii) Maintain accurate and organized records for audit purposes.
- Support for Account Manager:
i) Assist the Account Manager with financial analysis, process improvement, and strategic decision-making support
ii) Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as the Account Manager assigns.
- Collaboration:
i) Liaise with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide guidance on financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in an accounting or book keeping role.
- Preferably, a candidate with good knowledge of SST and tax.
- Mature, independent and a positive attitude with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
