Corporate Finance , Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Description :-

• Assist in Originating and Structuring of corporate proposals ie corporate and capital restructuring, fund-raising exercise, merger and acquisitions, bond exercise and etc;
• Coordinate and monitor the corporate proposals whilst maintaining good relationship with the authorities, merchant bankers, legal advisors, company secretaries, auditors and etc;
• Perform analysis on the corporate proposals and paying attention to tax implications and conformity to the relevant rules and guidelines;
• Attend to queries raised by the relevant authorities and coordinate with the merchant bankers to answer the queries objectively;
• Assist in preparation of presentation decks and pitch books for communication with potential investors; and
• Assist in communicating corporate proposals and strategies to investors, analysts and shareholders.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant years of working experience in investment banking, corporate finance department, auditing or any other related field;
• Possess at least a degree in finance, accounting, law or any other related field. Candidates with professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA and CA would have an advantage;
• Possess strong analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in review of all relevant documentations and verification of information and data;
• Good English writing skills and communication skills to liaise with all external parties in a corporate proposal;
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours;
• Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills;
• At least 5 to 10 years’ corporate finance experience would be an advantage; and
