Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
- Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
- Present and demonstrate InfoConnect’s solutions to prospective clients and partners, effectively showcasing their value and impact.
- Actively manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a hunter mindset to seek and seize new opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product improvements.
- Represent InfoConnect at conferences, meetings, and other industry events to build relationships and strengthen our market presence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or information management solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong network of industry decision-makers.
- Adept at solution sales, with the ability to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Deep understanding of channel-centric go-to-market strategies and experience working with channel partners.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
