JOB PURPOSE : Provide all types of admin and personal support as needed in the various areas for the Executive Chairman and President Office.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and research support for the senior leadership which includes maintaining records and filing highly confidential reference documents.
  • Assist in prepare the correspondence, reports, proposals, and other documents.
  • Handle all administrative including following-up on tasks for the Executive Chairman and President Office needs.
  • Handle scheduling, coordinates, and manage the Executive Chairman and President Office calendar.
  • Manage the travel and accommodation needs for Executive Chairman and President’s calendar to ensure effective use of his time.
  • Flexible to assist matters relating to the Executive Chairman & President’s family
  • Assist in manage and supervise the overtime of the Executive Chairman & President’s personal driver and security assistant.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned.
