  1. Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Finance Dept.
  2. Responsible for cash management, monitor cash inflow and outflow of Office account and prepare periodic cashflow projection.
  3. Manage bank facility and drawdown of term loan of Office Account.
  4. Upload payment voucher for approval by managing partners.
  5. Review, check and balance all accounting entries (Billing & DV) posted by accounts staff.
  6. Prepare month end closing of financial accounts and statement of income (Profit and Loss) and Balance Sheet.
  7. Distribute monthly matter files, agreed fees, expenditure incurred and performance updates to equity partners.
  8. Coordinate with banker, auditor, tax agent and other regulatory authorities.
  9. Responsible for accounting processes and ensure procedures and transactions are in accordance with the firm’s policy and standards.
  10. To assist and backup the Client Account Section Head as and when required.
