- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Finance Dept.
- Responsible for cash management, monitor cash inflow and outflow of Office account and prepare periodic cashflow projection.
- Manage bank facility and drawdown of term loan of Office Account.
- Upload payment voucher for approval by managing partners.
- Review, check and balance all accounting entries (Billing & DV) posted by accounts staff.
- Prepare month end closing of financial accounts and statement of income (Profit and Loss) and Balance Sheet.
- Distribute monthly matter files, agreed fees, expenditure incurred and performance updates to equity partners.
- Coordinate with banker, auditor, tax agent and other regulatory authorities.
- Responsible for accounting processes and ensure procedures and transactions are in accordance with the firm’s policy and standards.
- To assist and backup the Client Account Section Head as and when required.
