  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards, applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare tender documents (e.g. bill of quantities, specifications, Contract conditions, drawings etc) where quantity take- off and site measurement are required.
  • Identify gaps between Bill of Quantities, drawings, specifications, conditions of the Contract and taking it for a logical closure.
  • Update tender documents based on feedback attained and that costs are re-calculated where designs or specifications are altered.
  • Organize tender interviews and ensure the tendering processes comply with the Company SOP and project schedule.
  • Control overall project budget, construction costs, progress claims/payments, variation orders and final accounts are prepared and controlled in accordance to work standards.
  • Maintain proper records of all pricing, documents, drawings and samples.
