  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, or with ERP systems like LS Central or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including data structures, workflows, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with outsourced IT service management is a plus.
