- Coordinate and manage outsourced IT service providers for hardware installation, setup, and configurations.
- Ensure that support services are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon specifications.
- Provide weekly cases reporting and resolution updates.
- Assist with system administration tasks as needed, including user account management, security updates, and data backups.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on application processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, or with ERP systems like LS Central or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, including data structures, workflows, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with outsourced IT service management is a plus.
