Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development, Execution and Collaboration:

  • Develop influencer content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct research and identify content trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Execute, manage, and oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish by coordinating with involved parties to ensure the success of the campaign.
  • Collaborate with the brand planners, business development team and clients to create comprehensive campaign and content briefs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Brief the influencers on relevant campaign briefs by providing clear instructions, creative direction, and necessary assets to ensure effective collaboration.

Content Review and Approvals:

  • Collaborate with influencers to create comprehensive content briefs and necessary revisions and ensure content reflects that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Provide clear instructions, creative direction, and necessary assets to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Review and provide feedback on influencer-created content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Act as a point of contact for influencers and clients during the execution period, addressing any questions or concerns related to content creation and campaign execution.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Analyse and monitor influencer content performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Gather insights and generate post-campaign reports and interim reports to detail the performance of the campaign for the client.
  • Initiating on scheduling a post-mortem call with the client for their better understanding
  • on learnings, concerns, suggestions, and ways to move forward.

Trend and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in influencer content strategies.

Influencer Identification:

  • Identify relevant influencers based on target audience, industry, and campaign goals.
  • Conduct thorough research to evaluate influencers' content quality, engagement, and alignment with brand values.

Mentorship Support:

  • Assisting Influencer Marketing Manager in coaching and mentoring junior Influencer Project Managers or interns to support campaign operations and executions.
  • To provide guidance and coordinate the team in the absence of the manager and monitor the progress of junior members' performance.

Learning and Development:

  • Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in influencer marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Stay curious and open to learning new tools, techniques, and strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or KOLs Management field
  • Possess relevant leadership skills and experience, with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to speak clearly and persuasively while managing clients and KOLs.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in all 3 main languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
