What You’ll Do
As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end recruitment process and maintain job portal subscriptions.
- Employee Engagement & Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, organize engagement activities, and foster a vibrant workplace culture.
- Policy & Compliance: Review and update the employee handbook, manage company license renewals, and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Payroll & Benefits: Provide payroll support, manage employee insurance renewals, and liaise with agents for optimal coverage.
- Training & Development: Planning and coordinating training programs while managing HRDC fund claims.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and support management with HR data for business needs.
- Office & Vendor Management: Ensuring smooth daily operations, cost optimization, and facility management.
- Safety & Administration: Serve as the OSH Coordinator to uphold workplace safety standards.
