Junior Executive Client Data Validation

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Executive – Client Data Validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain data quality, resolve issues efficiently, and provide seamless support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate client data by performing checks for missing or incorrect information and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor client accounts and address data-related issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain client data documentation and updates.
• Oversee existing client accounts to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Handle OPS-related documentation and reporting.
• Provide support through online ticketing systems for client queries and issues.

Salary range: RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client data management or a related role.
• Knowledge of online ticketing systems or CRM tools.
