IT Infrastructure Engineer

Manage incoming support tickets through JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Deliver exceptional customer service and comprehensive IT support for clients, in-office and remote employees. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (desktops, laptops, network devices), software, and connectivity issues using in-person and remote assistance tools. Oversee IT equipment inventory, ensuring accurate asset logging, procurement, and decommissioning of hardware. Deploy and manage containerised applications using Kubernetes and Docker to support scalable and efficient IT infrastructure. Conduct regular audits and maintain an up-to-date inventory system. Monitor, manage, and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Perform routine IT operations, including patch management, data backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Manage and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure connectivity and network security. Implement network upgrades and monitor performance across all company locations. Set up and maintain telecommunications systems (VoIP, video conferencing) and audio-visual equipment for meetings. Maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, configurations, and processes. Provide regular reports on IT infrastructure performance and track incidents for analysis and future improvements. Create and maintain detailed troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles. Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements to optimize support operations. Ensure adherence to security protocols and participate in security awareness training to protect company information.
