Business Development Executive Job Responsibilities: – Report directly to the Senior Management and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to assess and enhance the Company’s sales performance and business development initiatives. – Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the Business Development Manager. – Drive the promotion and sale of the Company’s products and services, ensuring the attainment of sales targets provided periodically. – Cultivate a robust network of contacts and customers, contributing to the establishment of the Company’s products, services, and brand name in the market. – Foster awareness of the Company’s products, services, and brand across diverse demographic segments. – Actively participate in campaigns, talks, seminars, forums, roadshows, and other promotional activities organized by the Company. – Oversee walk-in sales and collection activities when necessary. – Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. – Undertake other assignments as required by the Senior Management. Job Requirement: – Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent. – Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. – Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur and availability to support during weekends. – Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent, with significant experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. – Immediate availability is preferred. – Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. – Demonstrated team and relationship-building skills. – Self-motivated, confident, and innovative. – Excellent communication and presentation skills. – Ability to adapt quickly to change. – Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively. – Have no issue to work in Medan Tuanku, KL, and flexible in travelling
