Compliance and Safety Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals. Conduct safety training sessions for staff as needed. Maintain records related to cleaning schedules, inventory, and inspections. Collaboration and Communication Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to address guest requests or facility issues. Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and share updates with the management team.
