QAQC Engineer (Cheras) - Highrise

Responsibilities: Administer, control & maintain ISO9001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO14001 Management System effectively in the Group of Companies. Execute all relevant processes in accordance with the procedures. Proper coordination with the project and department heads for QAQC reports in preparation for Management Review Meeting. Update and distribute all documents as per document control procedures. Scheduled and carried out promptly and effectively, thereafter, follow-up on the implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions. Handle all clients' complaints effectively and take corrective measures within an agreed deadline. Monitored, managed and follow through all projects non-conformance reports for remedial actions. Continuous improvement for more effective control measures where necessary. Conduct Quality Awareness briefing timely and facilitating training on QAQC topics. Prepare PQP in accordance with project specification; and prepare QMS and ITP in accordance with Project Specification. Job Requirement: Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent. 2 year working experience in managing Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2008, Environmental Management System EMS14001:2004, Health and Safety Management System OHSAS18001:2007 in construction industry. Knowledge and experience in CONQUAS and/or QLASSIC will be added advantage. Good communication, interpersonal, organizing, planning and analytical skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Microsoft office application, especially PowerPoint report presentation.
