INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Identify and pursue new business opportunities on a global scale. Develop and execute strategic business development plans. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets. Develop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. Monitor and report on business development activities and results. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on market feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage and mentor junior business development staff. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and brand awareness. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities. Generally coordinate on key pursuits and initiatives with colleagues in Business Units, Corporate Strategy, U.S. Business Development Form and share data-driven insights with key business partners Conducts ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions Providing daily sales prospects and new business reporting Develop and implement Global E-Commerce strategies for expansion while ensuring strategies align with the overall business model Performing ad-hoc analysis and strategic competitive business reviews Create business cases and other pitch material to sell a new idea internally win first pilot customers Support business case creation and validations Support assigned market in areas of Operational Marketing, Global Branding, Visual Merchandising, Product Development and Operations/Supply Chain
