Office Boy Cum Driver Job Description: - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations. - Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages. - Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials. - Assist in basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry. - Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies or bank transection and delivering documents. - Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders - Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues Requirements and skills • Proven experience as a Driver • A valid driver’s license • A clean driving record • Familiarity with GPS devices • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods • Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
