RESPONSIBILITIES Participate actively in all introductory sales calls. Provide sales representative and customers with product/solution suggestion while pre-sales discussions. Understand company products and services, able to perform demonstration to customer with detailed explanations. Ensure to strengthen sales representative position in an account through discussing depth of product/solution knowledge or demonstration of products/solutions. Identify opportunities to present customized software solutions to potential prospects or clients Assist company tradeshows as well as events through demonstrating plus presenting company technology. Provide product and solution related paperwork in timely manner in tender bidding or other sales process. Attend training and explore market trends to strengthen domain knowledge of dedicated subjects. Update and maintain product and solution knowledgebase. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science, Business or Finance, equivalent or above. 2-5 years of experience in software solutioning with proven track records. Experience in organising and liaison with internal and external stakeholders for tender participation activities. Good interpersonal relation skills, excellent communicator, good facilitator, consensus builder and able to manage conflict, Capabilities to work effectively in multi-culture team and international environment. Good command of English, both verbal and written. Willing to travel. Willing to work extra hours or irregular hours occasionally. Malaysian Citizen.
