INTERNSHIP ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Job Description and Responsibilities • Required to perform basic tasks, such as invoice processing, prepare proposal for scheduled payment runs; prepare simple journals in Blackline system. • To perform simple operational tasks, usually assigned to junior accountants. This will be done under the supervision of senior team members or team leaders. • To attend meetings both virtual and physical, as required. Also, in participating during teams' discussion. • Prepare financial statements • Self manage jobs assigned, ensure completion within time Requirements • Good command of written and spoken English • Willing and eager to learn • Pleasant, presentable and have good communication skill • Confident to deal with clients
