- To handle all office management works.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls, Whatsapp.
- Monitor documents dispatched and received.
- Recording documents flow and filing.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
- Education level: SPM and above; Fresh grads are highly encouraged to apply
- Language: Mandarin, Malaysia, English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Self-discipline and detail-oriented
- Can start immediately is an advantage
