Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Engagement Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with KOLs, ensuring their successful participation in our programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cold calls to potential KOLs to invite them to join our programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Affiliate Marketing Operations Executive to manage and oversee all operational tasks associated with our Affiliate Publisher Programs. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution, accurate reporting, and optimal performance of campaigns while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the gatekeeper for all payment-related matters within the Affiliate Publisher Programs, including validating commission reports, updating payment details, and performing administrative tasks through the Affiliate Dashboard.
  • Monitor and track the budget usage of each Affiliate Publisher bi-weekly, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of funds.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly reconciliations, end-of-month billing, and commission validation for paid conversions from prior months.
  • Manage and configure commission structures with precision during campaign and non-campaign periods on the Affiliate Dashboard.
  • Consolidate and document publisher details and communications for upcoming campaigns, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Create and oversee voucher codes for campaign execution in collaboration with all Affiliate Publishers.
  • Support the Affiliate Marketing team by preparing detailed reports on voucher usage, performance trends, corrections, and month-end budgeting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints submitted through the webform.
  • Conduct feature testing and provide feedback to sellers on newly introduced updates.

    Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced operational role, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and thrive in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong multitasking skills.
  • Baseline knowledge of affiliate marketing, publishing, or e-commerce industries is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with analytical and management tools like Google Analytics or Dashboard Systems is a plus.
