MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Perform maintenance and repair works of machines, equipment and general infrastructure. • Troubleshoot manufacturing process equipment/instruments/machinery related to mechanical, electrical, electronics, etc. • Conduct routine monitoring and support on operation to foresee any possibility of equipment failure. • Support in routine qualification, installation and commissioning of process equipment/instruments/machinery, etc. • Liaise with external agencies/vendors for online or physical services support for routine and ad-hoc trouble shooting of malfunctions and maintenance. • Escalate to superior to procure necessary critical spare parts and consumables to maintain the process equipment/instruments/machinery, etc in reliable working condition. • Support superior in minimizing the process equipment/instruments/machinery, etc downtime by attending to the breakdowns promptly. • Run breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance activities as per defined maintenance schedule to maintain the process equipment/instruments/machinery, etc at optimum level. • Update the history cards, logbooks and checklists for breakdown, preventive and corrective measures /maintenance. • Perform all general maintenance tasks of infrastructure • Upkeep and maintain critical spare parts inventory. • Adhering to safety and performance standards. • Proper housekeeping after each maintenance work.
