Location available: Bukit Bintang, WP Kuala Lumpur Requirements: • Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is an advantage, but not mandatory. • Fresh graduates and SPM leaver are also encouraged to apply. • Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English and Mandarin (Need to attend China's customers) • You will learn everything about Airbnb management from head to toe. • Positive attitude and pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service. • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and nd alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. • Know the dierence between working in hospital and hospitality. • Common sense, can walk straight with two eyes and two legs. Responsibilities: • Attending to guests online and phone inquiries. • Assisting guest from check in and throughout their stay with us. • Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in homestay. • Organise maintenance tasks with in-house technicians. • All kind of administrative and reporting tasks. • Its like running your own homestay/airbnb and you will learn everything from head to toe.
