- Responsible to promote the company’s products/services to the clients’ requirements.
- Approach prospective customers, winning new clients and maintaining good relationships with all the stakeholders.
- Achieve sales and marketing goals given by the superior or management.
- Proactively assess solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements and recommend solution changes that optimize value for the customer and company.
- Accountable for outstanding receivables on assigned customers for timely collections.
- Work closely with Customer Service Team on logistics and shipping enquiries/quotation to optimize business projects.
- Perform any jobs as assigned by superior and management when required for all the Group of Companies
- Possess at least SPM or STPM;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in related field;
- Strong understanding of the logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry;
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Skilled in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus.;
- High degree of analytical skills and problem-solving;
- Team-oriented mindset;
- Self-driven and result-oriented.
