- To track & measure performance of digital marketing efforts ie, campaigns, ads, traffic & conversion via google analytics and various platforms, to ensure effective implementation.
- Partner with Digital Strategist, Media Strategist and Social Media Specialist to analyse and recommend digital executions.
- To create Google Ads to drive traffic to the webstore to increase conversion rate.
- Plan for optimization of online adverts through Google Ad words and Google Ads Campaign to increase company & brand awareness.
- To work closely with designers on designs to optimize pulling factors of online ads.
- To explore and identify applications to maximize sales; increasing customer conversion through improved user experience and average order value through upselling.
- Work closely with content creator on promotional write ups & content.
- Stay current on all social media development & best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree holders in marketing, business or mass communications or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in related field.
- Possess excellent English written, verbal communication & presentation skills
- Strong knowledge on online technology, particularly including blogs, social networks and other emerging trends including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagrams etc.
- Strong communication, research, social media, interactive, public relations skills.
- Must be creative, result oriented, able to meet tight deadline with multi-tasking abilities.
