- Perform pulse reading to assess customers' inner health conditions.
- Conduct physical examinations to determine and diagnose customers' physical health status.
- Administer localized TCM services and therapy based on customers' health needs.
- Record and maintain customers' medical history in medical records.
- Prescribe herbal medicine as required.
- Explain treatments and procedures clearly to customers.
- Monitor and supervise customers’ health progress during treatments.
- Update customers’ medical records after each visit.
- Ensure medical instruments are well-maintained at all times.
- Support clinical waste management and ensure compliance with infection control requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and resolve issues.
- Participate in TCM service promotional activities and CSR programs as directed.
- Collaborate with TCM team members to achieve management targets and objectives.
- Perform related TCM procedures diligently as assigned.
- Assist in product testing, equipment evaluation, and purchasing when needed.
- Deliver "Quality & Efficient Service" to all members and guests.
- Provide training or health talks to staff and customers when applicable.
- Support Quality Management activities.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or Medical field from MOH recognized university/college (locally or foreign)
- Obtained Practising Certificate from Country of Origin & Locally
- Obtained Qualification Certificate of Doctors from Country of origin where applicable.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in TCM
Required Languages:
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Malaysia communication (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Mandarin communication (verbal and written).
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Professional skills in TCM consultation and therapy.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Awareness of the latest medical and health developments and social issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Excel and MS Word.
