Store Manager Trainee

• Provide a high-quality shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting and styling clothing items with a strong sense of fashion and aesthetics.
• Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and build rapport.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing.
• Achieve personal and store sales targets.
• Manage daily store operations such as stock management and cash handling.
• Arrange and display clothing on store racks, mannequins, and windows to create visually appealing presentations and enhance customer engagement.
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels, maintain proper clothing organization, and reconcile discrepancies in the inventory system.
• Work a flexible 8-hour schedule, with wages adjusted based on actual working hours.

• Previous experience: At least 5 years in men-clothing retail service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
• A good sense of aesthetics and fashion style.
• Passion for menswear and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Capable of arranging and displaying clothing on store displays.
• Knowledgeable in managing and conducting clothing inventory checks.
