ResponsibilityJob Descriptions
- Assist sales team to manage phone calls and correspondence (text messages, emails, letters, packages etc.)
- Assist in daily book keeping function such as prepare Invoice, Prepare & follow up payments & etc.
- To prepare, handle and maintaining accurate day-to-day bookkeeping & accounting transactions.
- Assist in handling account receivable routine operation (Issue invoice, issue CN, follow up payment)
- To perform tasks or assignments according to SOP or as directed by the management.
