1. Handle and process Export orders and existing customer’s enquiries promptly and in proper manner. Follow up for new/ repeat orders.

2. Check PO to ensure contents are correctly stated and requirements made clear before processing.

3. Plan shipment and loading date properly and practicably according to customer’s requirement, loading capacity, port closing and buffer time required.

4. Work closely with the Supply Chian and Operations Team to ensure customer’s order can be processed smoothly.

5. Check to make sure vessel bookings are done correctly according to plan.

6. Check SO to make sure all details are being keyed-in correctly and accurately.

7. Monitor container movement and production output and push to meet planned loading date and port closing to avoid unnecessary extra charges.

8. Check shipping documents and export documents application and renewal to ensure IT is correctly done in timely manner.

9. Update customer on shipping arrangement.

10. Maintain current information in export tariffs, licenses and restrictions.

11. Compile, email/courier complete and correct shipping/export documents to customer according to requirement.

12. Check and generate invoice to make sure accuracy.

13. Handle customer complaint following proper procedure and promptly.

14. Always check to make sure correct HS Codes are used for documentation

15. Update and prepare records/reports accurately and timely for HOD review and accordingly ISO requirement.

16. Preparation of related reporting deemed necessary for analysis and/or decision making.

17. Handle artwork development, request for new customer/product code for Epicor (if any) in proper manner.

18. Handle payment collection & tracking record according to payment term agreed.

19. Work out and propose mixed container load to customer when necessary.

20. Assist in global market and country’s regulation research.

21. Prepare and arrange the delivery of samples to customers when necessary.

22. Think and change for continuous improvement in daily works where necessary from time to time.

23. Assist HOD in other Export Department’s activities when required.

24. Relieve team member in their absence.

25. Report/ discuss/ get approval from HOD on Export Dept. operation matters where necessary from time to time.

26. All other duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.

  • Minimum Diploma holder or relevant.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, customer service, and international shipping.
  • Able to write and communicate in English, Bahasa Malayu, Mandarin, and good in Mathematics.
