WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities: • Managing and coordinating daily warehouse activity to meet and exceed daily performance expectations. • Ensure shipment and inventory transactions accuracy (any discrepancy and product quality issues). • Maintain inventory storage area (SOP, 5S and safety). • Determine staffing level and assign workload (unloading, storing, picking, labelling, packing and loading). • Maintain item record and document information (billing, stock take and audit). • Coordinate activity with other sections if necessary. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation Or equivalent. • At least two (2) years of work experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably, Supervisor specialized in Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent. • Leadership skills and ability to lead and supervise. • Physically fit and willing to do overtime if required (season peak period). • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management System. • Self-discipline and work independently and 5S skills. • Ability to drive forklift, reach truck and battery-powered truck is added advantages. Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) Monday to Friday Work Location: Office (Address is in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Malaysia)
