Production Planning Executive

What you'll be doing Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the efficient flow of materials, resources, and information throughout the production process Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed Communicate production updates and any potential issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to the development and maintenance of production-related policies, procedures, and documentation What we're looking for Minimum 1 years of experience in production planning or a similar role within the manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proficient in the use of production planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Demonstrated understanding of production planning principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
