OPERATIONS PLANNER ASSISTANT

1) Responsible for the implementation for site supervision and the setting up of the site. 2) Implement and complete the overall project in a satisfactory manner. 3) Responsible for the daily supervision of the project. 4) Report to the Project Director/Project Leader on progressively of the projects. 5) Assist in conducting site meeting. 6) Oversee contractors & supplies work at site on quality & schedule as well ensure conformity to drawings and specifications. 7) Daily work planning to ensure that works are implemented & completed in accordance to the approved construction works program. 8) Organize workforce for respective project and work activities. 9) To ensure necessary protection on work done & material delivered. 10) To effectively handle the general workers and ensure their work performance and discipline. 11) Ensuring proper safe methods of working are adopted and implemented and complied with the Safety & Health Guidelines of the Site. 12) Liaison with client, consultant or authorities when needed. 13) Monitor progress on quality and schedule of defect rectification. 14) Able to read & interpret drawings
