• Manage daily bookkeeping, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records. • Prepare claim and claim documents including e-invoicing and payment follow up. • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements. • Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and assist in filing up SST, income tax, e-invoicing and other required returns. • Assist in payroll processing, including statutory submissions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB) when necessary. • Perform general office administration, including document management, correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. • Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing the office calendar. • Support HR activities such as staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management. • Any other duties as required by management. Minimum 20 yrs working experience in construction site supervision in road and bridge projects will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards. Good technical knowledge, leadership and public relations. Good organisational, planning, supervision, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be hardworking, discipline and have positive working attitude. Able to liase with Client, Contractor, Local Authorities and relevant parties. Able to work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines when needed. Remuneration shall commensurate with experience and knowledge.
