Laboratory Technician

Key Responsibilities HSE Support • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for DOSH compliance and ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). • Support the development, review, and updating of safety and environmental procedures and policies. • Organize and manage documentation systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. • Participate in internal audits and inspections to identify gaps and ensure compliance with HSE standards. • Help track and update action plans from safety audits and inspections. • Research regulatory updates and provide concise summaries to the HSE team. Laboratory Support • Conduct quality control tests and analyses on graphite, graphene, and PKS carbon following established protocols. • Perform physical and chemical tests to evaluate product characteristics, including fixed carbon and moisture content. • Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring it is calibrated and in proper working condition. • Record and analyse test data, preparing detailed reports for the laboratory and production teams. • Ensure all laboratory practices adhere to safety and quality standards. • Collaborate with the production team to address quality-related concerns and implement improvements.
