BOILERMAN GRADE 2

Essential Functions & Responsibilities • Fully responsible for the smooth operation of steam boiler. • Perform efficient preventive maintenance works on steam boiler to avoid unforeseen operation interruption. • Doze in chemicals and other necessary additives on daily basis as per supplier, specifications provided for steam boiler. • Manage and organize Boiler monthly chemical requirements. • Ensure all works carried out should be in schedule and fully comply safety rules and regulations. • Attend to complaints with repairs and job orders or urgent top priority jobs through phone calls.Top priority jobs classified as:- • Fire hazard, life hazard, property damage or etc in relation to business interruption • Record and Generate Daily data out for the Boiler • Manage and Plan purchase of Boiler Chemicals. • Assists Engineering staffs works whenever called upon to do so. • Follows and complies DOSH requirement and FMA 1963 (ACT) handling machineries and Boiler . Top priority jobs classified as: - Boiler • Record operating machines reading per log book or sheets provided and whenever works done into the communication log book provided before end of duty. • Fire hazard, life hazard, property damage or etc in relation to business interruption. • Proper record on whatever works done into the daily communication log book • Provided before end of duty. Secondary Duties: - • To carry out shift duty, when called upon to perform overtimes duty whenever a person of the same trade or different trades absence or fall sick from duty as called upon to perform from time to time as directed by superior. • Perform other duties set by company policy, management or his direct superior which are not included in the above job description during emergency situation. • Incorporated permanently as a member of safety, firefighting and cost saving in the organization. • To assists other whenever needed and to be a good player • Constantly comply to company policies, procedures rules and regulations. • Notify the management on any abnormality found or generate self-initiate to rectify the problem if within your capabilities • Maintain working areas and related areas, safe, neat and clean at all times.
