Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of Dhimsum Halal’s sales in the food manufacturing sector. This role involves promoting our product range, managing key client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory or customer segment. The Sales Executive will also ensure that customer needs are met with the highest levels of service. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales Manager. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in assigned areas. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (restaurants, wholesalers, food distributors, etc.). Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and sales opportunities. Monitor competitors and trends in the halal food manufacturing industry to identify growth opportunities. Product Promotion & Education: Promote Dhimsum Halal’s product range and educate clients about product features, benefits, and differentiators. Assist clients with product selection based on their needs. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the Sales Manager. Track sales performance and customer feedback to improve future strategies. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure the availability of products and support marketing initiatives. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction. Networking & Event Participation: Represent Dhimsum Halal at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to expand the brand’s presence and network with potential clients. Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or the halal food industry. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients. Knowledge of the halal food market is a plus. Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Other: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver’s license (if required for territory management). Willingness to travel within assigned region as needed.
