Job Description:- - Monitors physical security operations at designated sites which includes but is not limited to remote sites within a geographical area. - Monitors cameras and access control systems covering data halls and entry/exit doors. - Dispatches appropriate personnel, as necessary. - Utilizes excellent customer service and communications skills. - Maintains accurate logs and records. - Identifies and escalates issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures. - Reviews all reports written during shift. - Ensures all scheduled posts are filled. - Briefs oncoming CRS-RSMC about incidents during shift or in progress. - Identifies security shortfalls communicates them using the organizational chain of command. - Offers suggestions for improving the security program. - Maintains documentation and follows standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits. - Collects complete information for detailed report and appropriate follow-up. Prepares well written reports and maintains strict distribution to “need to know” parties. - Prepares written and electronic logs and reports as required for the site while entering information in appropriate computer systems. Collects complete information for detailed report and appropriate follow-up. - Reads and comprehends standard operating procedures, post orders, reports, and other printed materials written in English. - Performs additional tasks assigned by the designated manager. Job Requirements - Must have at least Diploma/Professional Certificate - 3-5 years of supervisory experiences - Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). - Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. - Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations. - Must be able able to meet and continue to meet requirement for specific skills, certifications or authorizations specified for the assigned accounts. - Security/Medical/First Aider/CPR/AED license or certifications is added advantage. Must be able to undergo other mandatory licensing requirements. - May be required to work overtime without advance notice & required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
