WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: You will be based in Pusat Rehabilitasi PERKESO Melaka working closely with Operation team WHAT YOU’LL DO: "1. Ambulance and Vehicle Operations: • Safely operate the rehabilitation centre’s ambulance for patient transport, ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations. • Drive company vehicles for official errands, staff transportation, and other duties as assigned. • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs. 2. Office Boy Duties: • Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and distributing documents. • Deliver messages, packages, and other items within the centre and to external locations as needed. • Ensure that the office environment is tidy and organized, including setting up meeting rooms and managing office supplies. 3. Store Management: • Assist in the management of the centre’s store, including inventory tracking, stocking supplies, and maintaining organized storage areas. • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies need to be reordered. • Ensure that all store items are properly labelled and stored according to safety and organizational standards. 4. Logistics Support: • Provide logistical support for events, meetings, and other activities within the centre. • Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials for various functions. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and setup of required items. 5. Safety and Compliance: • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, especially when operating vehicles and handling store items. • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate supervisor immediately. • Participate in training sessions related to safety, vehicle operation, and emergency procedures. 6. Communication and Coordination: • Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and colleagues regarding daily tasks and responsibilities. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. 7. Record Keeping: • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, store inventory, and any other relevant activities. • Submit regular reports on completed tasks, vehicle maintenance, and inventory status to the Facility Manager or designated supervisor. 8. Other Duties As Assigned: • Perform any other duty as deemed necessary by the employer." REQUIRED QUALITIES: Possess a valid driver's license (Class D) Clean driving record Experience as a professional driver is desirable Familiarity with the local area and routes. Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations. Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities. Min Salary: RM1700
