SCOPE OF ROLE: i) Sales System Transactions Matching cover SEA. ii) Cash Count Documentation & Collection Banking iii) Finance Filing & Store Management iv) Daily & Monthly Cash Sales Report reconciliation v) Prepared Billing Report vi) Prepare Declaration Report vii) Administration RESPONSIBILITIES: i) Monitor process of billing – receive billing from outlets until bill to client. Any problem or discrepancies will liaise direct to operations team. ii) Perform cash count and surprise audit, when it is necessary. iii) Arranging Finance Room to ensure tidiness and properly organized. iv) Handling OTA, M&G and prepayment for reconciliation (Match & Offset) Report. v) To update and tally cash book, sales & collection receivables between multiple system. vi) Do all the Admin Task as per below: · Courier · Attendance Staff for Finance · Monthly ordering of departmental necessities · Assist to get Signature from Management · Assist to prepare Departmental Claims · Meeting coordination as when required · Update Calendar for sick leave and non-planned leave
