Job Descriptions: • Prepare documents and proper filing of shipping documentations manually and electronically for import and export • Deal with customer the shipper details and payment method • Liaise and coordinate with transporters, shipping agents and freight forwarders on import/export shipments and procedures • Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise during transportation, including delays, damages, or lost goods. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors regarding delivery inquiries or issues. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by superior Job Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in any field. • Relevant 2 years’ experience in a logistics or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry • Possess good inter-personal and communication skills • Team player with strong initiatives, responsibilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy in record-keeping and data management • Computer literate and use of Microsoft Excel, word etc. • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
