Role Description New Business Development and Business skills Lead Generation and Communication skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities in B2B and B2C business • Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers in business networks, and other relevant organizations to facilitate product adoption. • Sales Leadership: Lead key negotiations, and close high-value deals with the customers. • Product Expertise: Collaborate with the product development team to develop required products by the customers, develop deep knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers. • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs. Well verse in social media content creation and marketing strategies. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (R&D, marketing, sales, and product development) to ensure the alignment of business development efforts with overall company goals. • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and market intelligence for senior management. Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the food or supplement industries. Experience working in manufacturing companies is highly desirable. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or any related field. A Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage. • Skills: Strong marketing strategies in B2B and B2C business. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and business development strategies. Excellent public relation skill and perform independently. Strong communication and presentation skills. Data-driven decision-making with a focus on achieving measurable results. • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and leading teams toward common goals.
