Our client delivers comprehensive mobile sanitation solutions, including portable restrooms, hygiene stations, and restroom trailers, designed to support events, construction projects, and industrial operations. Position: Operations Executive/Scheduler Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan & organize daily schedule to ensure the task able to be perform deliveries and services; Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team; Have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log; Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur; Lead continuous improvement of his/her perimeter; Perform site visit included outstation; Perform Depot visitation (Pengerang, Taiping, Kemaman and etc) to provide support & guidance to Drivers and dispatch team; Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output; Jointly coordinates with Dispatch team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion; To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation; Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management; REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or logistics roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with industry standards, including safety and compliance regulations REMUNERATION PACKAGES: Basic: Base RM 2,700 + Allow 500 EPF, SOCSO, EIS Benefit: - Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
