Production Manager(Based in Gabon, Africa)

We are seeking an eager, motivated Production Manager has to supervise all production processes and ensures that the required materials are selected and purchased. The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly and that deadlines are met while following health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this company based at Gabon, Africa (2 years Contract) . Job Description: • Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production. • Create and maintain a production schedule. • Find ways to reduce production costs. • Implement strategies to maximize production. • Analyse workplace productivity. • Resolve any concerns voiced by employees. • To work out costing for new product. • To ensure the product meet the quality according to Order requirement. • Determine if new manufacturing machine, method are needed. • Coordinate with sales, procurement and other department as well as vendors • Hire, train and evaluate manufacturing workers, monitor worker to ensure they meet performance and safety requirement. • Ensure at every month end to oil and grease all machine are done and recorded. • To perform any others duties as when assigned by management.
