CHEMISTRY TEACHER

1. Distributing the syllabus, he is assigned to teach. 2. Teaching courses and improving the level of teaching and learning quality in the school. 3. Preparing well for lessons and preparing proper equipment. 4. Completing the syllabus according the timetable which is distributed over the weeks of the semester. 5. Actively using ASIS for monitoring students and uploading home works to Google classrooms and communicating with parents. 6. Be a class teacher and perform the academic and supervisory responsibility while observing students behaviorally and socially. 7. Developing students’ creativity and acceleration, identifying and solving cases of poor academic performance of students. 8. Conduct necessary reviews and suitable worksheets for verifying students’ understanding. 9. Preparing exam questions and answer schemes according to the specified standards and submitting them on time after reviewing them with the superior. 10. Preparing and implementing the evaluation, and marking tests and reviewing them and finally keying in the marks in ASIS. 11. Reviewing results of monthly exams and taking necessary measures to improve low performance students. 12. Preparing students to sit for final exams. 13. Conserving school hours and monitors teachers’ attendance. 14. Conserving class time in terms of beginning and ending. 15. Taking relief periods and exploiting their time for the benefit of students. 16. Conserving duties and assuring their implementation. 17. Participating in all student’s activities (morning assembly-programs-……. Etc). 18. Presenting proposals for improving the curriculums. 19. Monitoring and directing students during the morning assembly and dismissal time. 20. Performing any tasks assigned to him/her by the school management. Requirements 1 - Have experience teaching IGCSE syllabus at least 5 years. 2 - The minimum requirement must have PHD in the related field. 3 - Possess Postgraduate Diploma in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent. 4 - Possess Professional Graduate Certificate for Education/ Diploma in Teaching Preparation. 5 - Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards, attention to detail and learning orientations. 6 - Location: Gombak.
