Job Description: CNCData seeks an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. Responsibilities: • Interact by phone with our targeted audience for our campaigns, provide information based on the tele script, collect information and conduct follow-up calls. • Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data base. • Capture accurate data and maintain customer/potential customers’ data in accordance with the data protection requirements. • Conduct phone and internet research on targeted companies to provide necessary support data information for campaigns. • To maintain and update records in our system accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements. • Assist in other ad-hoc assignment. • Ensure SLA and KPIs are met.
